Prospective tenants should note the following points:
Properties are normally available on an initial six or twelve Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
Many tenancies continue on a month to month basis after the initial term
As letting agents we will request a reference from the following: Bank//building Society Current Employer (if you are self employed you may need to provide copies of trading accounts and an accountant’s reference).
Even if you are going to have a guarantor we will need references. Character Reference Current or previous landlord
Couples will normally be required to complete a joint tenancy agreement with all parties fully responsible for the whole of the rent and other commitments.

On acceptance of your application you will be required to pay an administration fee of £150.00 inclusive of VAT. Please make your cheque payable to ‘Miller Briggs & Co.’
Landlords also require one month’s rent in advance together with the deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent).
For their own benefit tenants are strongly advised to take out contents insurance.
