Prospective tenants should note the following points:
Properties are normally available on an initial six or twelve Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
Many tenancies continue on a month to month basis after the initial term.
As letting agents we will request a reference from the following:
Bank//building Society, current Employer (if you are self employed you may need to provide copies of trading accounts and an accountant’s reference),
character reference and current or previous landlord reference if applicable.
Couples will normally be required to complete a joint tenancy agreement with all parties fully responsible for the whole of the rent and other commitments.

On receipt of your application you will be required to pay an administration fee of £100 + VAT (£50 + VAT for a single applicant) . On acceptance of your application by our client, a further cost of £100 + VAT per property is payable for the preparation of the Tenancy Agreement.
Landlords also require one month’s rent in advance together with the deposit (usually equivalent to one month’s rent). in cleared funds.
For their own benefit tenants are strongly advised to take out contents insurance.
Pets are not prohibited in flats and more often than not in houses. Please enquire.
